The very best for my sensitive skin!
I have incredibly sensitive skin with rosacea and psoriasis, so finding and sticking to the right skin care is important for me. I've explored a variety of brands and products, and I have found that nothing works for me like the Skinmedica TNS Recovery Complex. If my skin gets irritated, this soothes it. Psoriasis flare-up around my eyes? This helps it heal quicker. Fine lines, texture, breakouts? This eradicates them. I use this twice a day and at night I pair it with prescription tretinoin (the serum first, then the tret, then moisturizer on top) and the combination works beautifully with no irritation. This is absolutely one of the best products I can use for my skin. It is costly, but absolutely worth it for me.

I have been using SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum for years but it has been discontinued. I switched to SkinMedica TNS Advanced Serum but after the second bottle my skin became extremely dry and broke out. I then started using SkinMedica TNS Recovery Complex every morning and I love how my make up applies over it. Right now I am alternating at night with the TNS Recovery Complex and the TNS Advanced Serum. I just wish they would bring the original SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum back!

Accidentally bought this after my other SkinMedica product was discontinued and I did not see the result like I did with the discontinued product. This does not mean I didn't see results, because I did! My face was definitely tighter and brighter but I just think for the same price as I was paying for the other product and less results, would make me not recommend this as much

Probably too young to use this
I am in my mid 40s with reasonably good Asian skin. My skin is losing its tightness and I have some minor wrinkles around my mouth and between eyebrows. I have finished one bottle and I cannot tell any difference. Rentionl and mandelic acid have made noticeable difference on my skin after consistently using both for a month. This product certainly cannot match those two. Maybe I don’t have enough wrinkles and this product is not necessary for me. The serum dries really fast so you have to spread it quickly. It leaves a slightly sticky residue on my hands so I have to wash my hands before putting on other product.
