This is my first time purchasing this product. I've used it 1x daily for a week. I like the feel of it going on my skin. It is lightweight so I can immediately put another layer on if I wish. I plan to use it 2x daily the next week. I can't wait to see how I like it and whether I will purchase another.

I gave 4 stars because I haven't been using this product long enough to see if works. I use other Skinmedica products which are great for my aging skin so I do expect to be satisfied. Skinmedica products are always packaged well and I've never rec'd one that was damaged in any way. This product feels great on my skin, easy to apply, and I've found if I wet my fingertips with water it goes further. I only use one pump for my face and neck area. It arrived to my home on time and it was as advertised by LovelySkin. Mixed feelings on this product
I watched a video on SkinMedicas website showing the application method, and it was helpful to learn how to spread such a small amount evenly over the whole face. When I first started using it, I was put off by the slick silicone texture, because my face felt coated, even though I used only one pumps worth. I cut back to using slightly less than one pump, which is better for me. PROS: my skin took on an improved appearance on days that I used it (little lines and hyperpigmentation seemed a bit blurred). CONS: the effect seemed to wash away, though maybe it does something over time. Also, after using it for about a week, my skin developed dry flakes, especially around my mouth. I stopped using it, and my skin returned to normal. A heavier moisturizer seems necessary for me. Finally, I cannot successfully layer Elta MD UV Clear SPF46 over it--no matter how long I wait for the SkinMedica to set/absorb first, the two products create particles on my skin. The UV Clear used alone does not have this problem for me. I am disappointed about this.

I have used this on and off for 10 years. It stings a little at first, but goes away within a couple minutes. You can tell its working. It makes your skin plump. However, you MUST use a sunblock because this makes you very sensitive to the sun, and you will burn! I got compliments on my skin from using this. I would also like to try the TNS cream.
