Garbage. Oily and does burn my eyes.

I see why this product cannot be returned because my guess is most people would want to to do so. It isn't "clean" removing of makeup and in fact it was oily and just smudged my makeup rather than removing it. It easily got into my eyes and because of the oil, it burned. Definitely do not recommend.
