Sunday Riley eye serum seems to be a complete serum targeting the eye area. I contains everything needed to for eye area care. It is rich and goes on smoothly. However the applicator does not target eye area well. It's better to apply the serum with your "ring" finger. Also this it is not for all skin tones. It is decidedly yellow - not a coloration we all need.
