Many retinol products tend to dry my skin and I’ve had reddening. Not so with Sunday Riley, it isn’t that way. I think there is enough of a balance to be effective and still gentle. I do believe in addition to other products that my dark spots are lightening and the clarity of my skin is much improved.

I started using Sunday Riley Retinoid Serum on my face but didn’t feel it was strong enough. However, I started using it on my neck and chest without irritation. I’ve never been able to consistently use retinol on my neck - too sensitive, but this product didn’t cause me redness or irritation.
