In love with this conditioner!!!
I just started using Surface products and absolutely love them. My hairdresser recommended the Surface products to me. I was a bit hesitant to try due to them being more expensive than the products I was already using. but this is totally worth the price. This conditioner leaves my hair so soft and I love the scent.

Good for hair
I've used this and the shampoo for about 10 years. It leaves my hair in great shape and I believe it helps prevent thinning. You don't want to get in your eyes as it will really sting.

I initially bought the shampoo and conditioner for my husband as his hair was thinning. When I noticed my own hair was thinning due to my thyroid condition I started using the products myself. There has been a noticeable difference in both our hair. Incredible growth and much thicker. The conditioner makes my hair soft and manageable. There is a strong tingling sensation but I find it pleasant.

Great texture
I've been using Surface Awaken Conditioner for a couple of months. After two conditionings my hair felt great - silky, smooth, strong. And still no buildup. I'm not sure about scalp conditioning. While the conditioner has an invigorating fragrance, I don't feel tingling. My hair is thinning so I am hoping this conditioner will activate and strengthen hair follicles. Because it is so effective with my hair texture I'm thinking I'll see a difference in thinning over the next several months.

Good, but has some problems
This conditioner is very thick, feels good in my hair and does a good job conditioning. That said, as noted in other reviews, there are a couple problems. First the conditioner (because it is so thick and the bottle is small and narrow at the top) doesn't dispense easily. I keep the bottle inverted, so the product flows out more easily. I have also found that when it gets into my eyes, it is irritating

Made my hair dry and brittle

Burned my skin terribly!!
I rarely complain about products. If I don’t like them I simply won’t order again. But that being said I feel I must warn people about this product. First off, it’s extremely thick and difficult to get out of the bottle. I finally had to squeeze it against my palm and thigh to get it out. While applying my scalp tingled. Then burned. As I rinsed it away my face started really burning badly. The pain was pretty intense and I kept trying to rinse it further to dilute it. After getting out of the shower my face was red and swollen and continued to burn for quite a while after. I put ice on my face and it finally subsided about 15-20 min later. Definitely would not recommend!!
