This was a repurchase for me after the Awaken shampoo and conditioner I got from my salon ran out. I I am 62 years old and my hair has started to thin the last couple years. I have been trying to find something to help with this problem without using harsh chemicals ect. I was browsing through lovely skin and came up on Surface Awakening shampoo. I read the reviews and it sounded like something I might like. Although it is quite expensive I thought I would give it a try. I really do seem to like the shampoo. It makes my hair feel fuller and it has a great smell. Although most of the reviews said their scalp tingled when using it but mine does not. I have not been using this long enough to know if it will encourage more hair growth but I I'm hoping it will.

Have had scalp dermatitis my whole life- on and off with steroids. After using this daily, I no longer have to use a steroid and scalp feels great. Love the tingle. I leave it on a couple minutes though and then use the conditioner. Love it. Have used it several years now. I now have my adult children all loving it also.
