Very disappointed
I tried this shampoo and conditioner after loving a previous Surface shampoo. I thought this formula would be for me. I dislike how it leaves my hair dry, frizzy and strangely unmanageable. Very dissatisfied, I couldn’t get halfway through the bottle. Wondering if I can return these two products??

Don't think it's doing anything for me. I started nutraful and this shampoo about a month ago and nothing has changed. I know the nutraful will take a few months normally but I feel the tingling on my scalp, let it sit for a few minutes. Not that I was expecting miracles but was hoping this might help slow the shedding down.

This was my favorite shampoo when I purchased it from a salon many months ago, so I had to order more online when the salon ran out. But when I got half way through this bottle it started making my hair feel unclean and waxy about half way through. I used to be so into this product but after this experience I won’t be using it again. However, I do wonder if hormonal changes have any impact on the effectiveness of this shampoo for me… not sure. I just know it’s not the one I want to use again. However, the minty smell and slight tingle at the scalp did draw me in!

Not Great!
I purchased this after reading all the great reviews, but it’s ok at best. Too expensive compared to other products I’ve used with better results. I have fine hair with oily scalp and it doesn’t add any noticeable fullness or volume. I have to shampoo twice to actually feel like my scalp is clean. I gave 2 stars because of ingredients and does the job as far as cleaning.

This shampoo had great reviews, so I gave it a try. My hair is baby fine and at 50 is is dry and breaks easily. The shampoo smells wonderful and it lathers well, but that is it. I did not see any benefit after finishing a bottle of shampoo and conditioner.
