Not really for my fine hair

I was hoping this would work for me and protect my fine hair from excessive blow drying. The spray is a fine mist but it seemed to cause tangles in my hair that were hard to get out. I had to be extra careful using a brush while blow drying so I didn't break my hair. I tried letting my hair get almost dry before using it as well as using it on damp hair. Neither method seemed to work any better. It did provide good styling hold after my hair was dry but it definitely added more styling time and effort to my routine.
