I purchased the curls shampoo, conditioner, whipped mousse, and frizz spray. After reading reviews and speaking with a representative from surface curls, i decided to purchase the set. The shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing. I did not use them without the mousse and frizz spray. I was disappointed when my hair was crunchy, which I was told would not happen. I never overused any product. Additionally, when brushed out, my hair was heavy, lifeless without volume and any wave disappeared. I’m sad because i did have high hopes. Maybe someone will have better results.

Used for about 3 weeks off and on. It lathers well with only a very tiny amount of product. I love the smell of this brand. I don't use it each time I shampoo, I have been alternating between this and another brand that seems to be more nurturing or gentle on my hair. It's pretty good, so I will continue to use but not sure I will reorder this one for my dry curly hair

Ordered this shampoo because as I have gotten older I seem to have gotten more curl, if you will, in my hair. I am no longer coloring my hair, so enjoying the "beach" look curls that are going on. Love the creamy feel to the product. The shampoo does a nice job of conditioning as well, however I do follow up with the conditioner that is paired with the shampoo.
