Severe allergic reaction
My dermatologist recommended this cream for my deep dark circles. I used it for a couple days and started noticing redness around my eyes. I thought that this was just the process the cream was supposed to do. However a few days later my eyes were severely red and swollen. I have sensitive skin so if you are like me it may cause your eyes to do the same thing. I went and saw my primary dr and she had to prescribe prednisone for the severe inflammation and told me to use a petrolatum-based cream on the eyes to treat the redness.

My dermatologist recommended this for me. I purchased it awhile ago and used it but it dried out my under-eyes, even though I used the amount recommended by my dermatologist (which is a tiny amount). I decided to purchase it again and retry it. I used a tiny amount on a Thursday evening and when I woke up Saturday morning my under-eyes were swollen. They were swollen the next three days. Well... last month I had two episodes where I had scaly, puffiness under my right eye, looked like a flare up of some kind. No idea what it was from. This product made the skin around my eyes peel after 3 applications. I waited 2 weeks and tried again with the same result. I guess if you dont mind looking like you have major sun burn, then peeling , it may improve the wrinkles around your eyes, but it actually burned my skin and I had to treat with aloe several times daily
