When I received the product it looked like it would be a hard balm, but it melts easily with the heat of your finger. A little goes a long way and is great at removing waterproof eye makeup. It can feel a little greasy at first, but it's very moisturizing for the eyes.

This product did not do a very good job removing eye makeup. It is very thick and greasy. You need to wipe lashes quite a few times to remove it. I am going to try using it on my cuticles as a conditioner.

I just love this!!!! I use it for it's main function which is to remove eye make-up, but it also does a great job as a cuticle cream and it also works to calm down a few strands of frizzy hair.
