This sunscreen has a soft blur primer effect and reminds me of a very fine BB sunscreen I had called BB blur that was discontinued. However, this doesn't have a tint and leaves a clear haze that is minor and seems to work under a water based foundation I guess? It is more water resistant though for sure.
