Used it for about 3 weeks. I haven't seen any brightening yet but it is very moisturizing. It does not irritate my skin. Nice serum.

Good for the price point
I've found this Vitamin C product to be great for the neck and decolletage. I wouldn't use it on my face or around my eyes because I'm over 65 and need something stronger.
