I love this product. It stays fresh and effective, but it's very gentle. Didn't burn my skin or cause breakouts and irritated. I absolutely love this serum, my face/skin appreciates it. Love the packaging. I read a lot of review that people didn’t like the packaging, I feel like this protects the Vitamin C from degrading or oxidation. My skin is not sensitive but my skin definitely feels and looks hydrated, it smells odd but nothing that you cant get used to smelling. It is a little sticky at first but then absorbed in my skin. This will definitely be part on my daily face routine.

Helps my neck creases
Using this once a week for a night mask. I think it helps with my workout acne and acne scars, and my neck creases from desk work. It doesn't seem to help with puffiness under my eyes. Smells a little funny though not bad. I didn't have any trouble with the capsules, just used a tissue when breaking the capsules. I'm on the fence whether the results are worth the special packaging, the tray of capsules takes a lot of space.

Product is great but hate the packaging
I know the packaging is what is needed to keep the product stable but I find the ampoules to be very annoying. They often slip out of my hand and I drop them all the time and the product spills everywhere. That being said, I do like the actual product. 10 ampoules is only 20 days of product. Not sure if I will be repurchasing. If you don't mind annoying packaging then give this a try, it is good! Doesn't irritate sensitive skin for a vit C product.

I like the idea of the individual glass ampules to keep the product fresh and the product as fine. However, the glass crushed when attempting to pop the top and cut my hand open. Thank goodness I thought to keep it away from my face. I won't purchase again.

Each ampoule is designed so that it is sealed so that the Serum does not react with the air and the vitamin C content doesn't oxidize. Easy to apply with no irritation or stinging. However was hoping it would help lighten hyperpigmentation, I used one whole box, there was no improvement.

The reason because I don’t give it 5 Stars is because packing... I love the idea that we need preserve it the vitamin to avoid the oxidation but I think we’re wasting product.

I have sensitive skin and Rosacea which I take very good care of. But when I first tried this product, I found my skin was getting red. I was going to return it, but decided to continue using it to see how it goes. I'm glad I did. It really does what it says! I love Vichy products and I'm glad to be using this one. P.S. There are no instructions in the Vichy box, but the little top you twist off, be sure to keep it.
