I have been using this product for awhile and do notice I lose less hair when brushing and washing my hair. I do have long wavy hair. I try to buy it when it is on sale because I notice when I stop using there is definitely a big difference in my hair loss. I love this product and you have to take it morning and in the evening.

Smell fishy
I was on the fence about the pro vs. regular viviscal. I had always used the regular and saw hair growth but hair stylist recommended the pro. However mine had a fishy smell and taste the other did not have still using first months supply so not sure if I notice a difference from regular as far as growth.

Stress? Age? But my fine, curly hair was stopping up the drain. I'm on month 6 and do notice a few baby hairs where I'd lost quite a bit of hair. Will continue another 6 months and see. I also switched to a co-wash, so hard to say what's responsible for what.

I have used it for 3 months and it was recommended by my dermatologist due to my excessive hair loss, weak strands and almost bald patches I got after using a certain Hair product line for many years. My scalp was itchy and my hair was literally falling out by the chunks. I am not 100% sure but I think the product is helping. I don't notice as much shedding as before and the itchiness has almost gone completely away.
