I've been taking these supplements as directed for about two months as directed and will continue for another month at least but so far I haven't seen any change at all with my hair (good or bad). I'll give it more time to see before deciding whether to keep at it. For reference, I am using it more for improved hair health versus for a serious thinning hair issue (61 year old female)

So far I've used it 1.5 months. I haven't seen any changes so far in my hair, but I'm hopeful because I read a research study that demonstrated viviscal pro was effective. It said well more than half of the participants showed increased growth at 3 mo and more growth and added thickness at 6 mo. So I'm holding out for that :). My doctor recommended Viviscal (hair growth supplement) as a possible solution to my thinning hair. I have been taking the supplements for about three weeks (2 tablets daily - 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening as instructed in the directions). I am hopeful that this supplement will work, but will know after a longer period of time has passed.
