Extremely dissatisfied
I've been using Viviscal for 5 months now. My hair is the same. Thin, lifeless, not thick, shiny, or ant growth. Some have experienced eyebrow and eye lash growth. Not me. This product is very expensive not to work. I wasn't expecting a miracle but I was expecting some results. Save your money and don't buy. I'm looking for another hair growth that might help. Viviscal is ranked #3 in the top hair growth supplements which is good but they have fillers that aren't good for the hair.

Not What I'd Hoped For
I'm 71 and have developed very thin frizzy hair framing my face; with a receding hairline at the top. I've been using this supplement for 7 mos. I take 2 tablets per day and see no difference. Beware if you have difficulty with swallowing. The pills have a rough texture. A coating would make them much easier to swallow. I had an urgent endoscopy because a Viviscal Professional Supplement pill became lodged in my throat.

Bad side effects
This stuff caused considerable bloating and weight gain after only 7 days. After 14 days my skin was flushed deep red all the time. I also had trouble sleeping at night and that has never been an issue for me. I had to stop using it and once I did so, everything returned to normal. I really wanted to like this since my hair loss is alarming, to say the least.

Not good for me
I bought Viviscal Pro in 2018 and had to quit after a few weeks as it caused joint pain enough that I had difficulty walking. I thought I would try again this year 2020 and used it for about three months, and yet again, I experienced joint pain. I stopped taking it, and it took about two weeks to start feeling normal. Additionally, I did not notice any new hair growth.

I was on this product for 5 weeks and during this time I had the worst breakouts of my life! i do not have acne prone skin. Once I was off the product, I noticed a difference in my skin immediately, but it took nearly 3 weeks for my acne to completely clear. I would not recommend this product.
