I took this for over a year and it really helped my hair stop shedding, which is why I wanted to use it. I don't know that I saw new growth, it's possible. I only stopped taking it because I got pregnant but plan to start up again when it's safe to.

Honestly don’t know
I had two major surgeries in a a 4 month period and blamed my hair loss on the anesthesia. I have lots of little baby hairs growing now and feel that my supplements deserve a big portion of the credit. I’m actually only taking one pill per day and am further supplementing with another brand. The other brand contains vitamin D and my last few blood tests have shown very high vitamin D levels so I’m taking 3/4 of the dose of the other supplement and 1/2 dose of Viviscal because it doesn’t contain vitamin D. The results are good. Maybe because of other brand / maybe because of Viviscal. Maybe because I’m a year past the surgeries. Whatever is working is working so I plan to stay the course.

Thicker hair

I am 69 yrs old and my once thick hair started thinning considerably after menopause. I’ve been using Viviscal Pro for 3 yrs now and can honestly say I have noticed a big difference in new growth and much less coming out during shampoos. It’s a little early but…
I’ve been taking these twice a day as suggested for about 3 weeks. Although it hasn’t caused any new hair growths (it’s too early), I do feel that it is already strengthening and darkening my hairs. I notice this on my eyebrows and eyelashes too. I don’t really take other supplements specific for hair besides these, iron, and vitamin c. Sometimes collagen. I do think these supplements accelerated the thickening of my hairs. Oh, also less hair fall!! I will try to post an updated review when I see more results.
