I’ve been taking these twice a day as suggested for about 3 weeks. Although it hasn’t caused any new hair growths (it’s too early), I do feel that it is already strengthening and darkening my hairs. I notice this on my eyebrows and eyelashes too. I don’t really take other supplements specific for hair besides these, iron, and vitamin c. Sometimes collagen. I first started using this back in the summer so it's been about 4 months now. I could definitely tell a change in my scalp which gave me hope. For a while it did look like I had new growth too! I'm not sure if I'm just used to it now or there is something else going on, but I just had another massive shedding and am not seeing any new growth.
