Can't be hurting

First month
I started taking Viviscal professional about a month ago. My hair typically grows very Slowly and has been damaged by heat. The viviscal tabs do not have ANY bad aftertaste, and they don’t upset my stomach at all. Just before I started taking them I got a haircut that was much shorter than I would have liked. I don't know what to think about this supplement.
I have been taking this hair supplement for five months using the shampoo and elixir. I have noticed that my hair seems to be stronger in that it does not break off any longer and seems fuller. No new hair growth. Can't use the conditioner I purchased as it makes my fine hair limp.

Slowing down my hair loss

I heard it will take about two or three months to see any result ... so I am just crossing my fingers.. I am in the need for some long , soft shiny hair ... the pill is kinda hard for me to take sometimes and I have to remember to take it two times a day after a meal 😒 it doesn't go down easily and the taste does make me gag.. all that said, yes I hope it's worth the troubles .. lol
