Use twice daily, in the morning and evening. Wet face and neck with tepid water. Dispense a nickel-size amount into palm of hand. Lather in hands. Using fingertips, gently massage onto face and neck using circular motions. Avoid eye area. Rinse thoroughly with water. Pat skin dry.

It’s mildly exfoliating, perfect on nights that I’m alternating not using an actual exfoliating mask or cleanser. It’s not harsh but I do tend to use a thicker moisturizer on nights I use this cleanser because it does deep clean and leave my skin ever so slightly dry right after use, as expected because of its exfoliating properties.
