For best results, do not apply moisturizer or oil before using RMS Beauty cream eye shadows. Apply sparingly with the RMS Beauty Eye Polish Brush or fingers and blend in firmly for a better adherence. Repeat application for more color if desired. Minimal creasing may occur, but simply use your fingertip to blend and smooth.
