Senna Totally Transforming Eye Shadow Primer works to keep my powder eye shadows from creasing. I'm not giving it five stars because care does need to be taken when applying it. I found that this product doesn't spread well, so I recommend not trying to swipe across it to pick up product, and not trying to rub it across the eyelid. I'm a former professional makeup artist, and I've had success very lightly tapping the primer with a ring finger, then lightly tapping this tiny amount over my upper eyelid (where I'm going to apply shadow). This technique has worked well for me. On the plus side, this should mean that the amount in the container should last a very long time.

I was rather disappointed with this eye primer. I wanted something to replace my prior eye shadow primer that was too drying, but the SENNA eye shadow primer is the total opposite. I like how it brightened and covered the redness on my eye lid, but no matter how much or little I applied, my eyeshadow still creased and faded through the day. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product.

This primer has great coverage and evens skin tone and color really well. Eye shadows and liners stay on longer and more precise all day. The only downside is that the primer seems a lot tackier and harder to spread than it was in the past. It takes a lot of patting and several light applications to cover your eyelid evenly.

Very nice eye primer. Not as thick as the popular Mac product but not thin as others. Not as dry as UD. It definitely neutralizes the discolorations found on the lids. It is a small and convenient container that I would definitely repurchase. I use a flat synthetic concealer brush to apply, and it does make shadows last as well appear true to color. It will crease if worn alone but how difficult is it to grab a shadow or face powder? I am really enjoying discovering this line.

This is the most wonderful product (I love all of Senna products), it makes all the difference in the world. I have a red/purple cast to my lid, and this kills that and makes my eyes look open and makes me look not tired. It also keeps the shadows in place and not go into any creases. I have to have this product....just love, love it. I apply it with a flat concealer brush, I love all of Senna brushes, they are absolutely the best.
