Gentle yet effective

I was unsure about trying this product because of the high price. I’m so glad I tried it because it is very gentle yet still feels effective. I recommend trying it if you like using toner but don’t want something that feels harsh to your skin. And the good news is that a little goes a long way!

Strong stuff

I gave this toner only three stars because it’s extremely strong. Now I have problematic skin and usually I would like that but too strong can be a problem. And I would say that this stuff would meet that criteria. I used it every day and it actually made my skin break out. I backed off and now I just use it a couple times a week and it seems to work better it’s pretty harsh though. It’s not my favorite AHA toner. And by the way, I LOVE their products!

Little too much for me

It dries out my skin feels like over exfoliated but still doesn’t remove any blackheads or the dry dead skin… I think it’ll be good for oily skin types… in dry and sensitive so it didn’t work for me.

Great toner for mature, oily skin.

Love this toner! I’m in my early 60’s but everyone says I’m so lucky to still have oily skin! Hah! Harder now to combat with fine lines. The balance between shiny and too drying is even more difficult to address. But this toner gives a good balance, my skin feels clean and pores tightened without a drying out feel. I’m breaking out less, but skin feels it’s in a better overall condition. When I use in my nighttime routine, feels like the perfect base for my serums.

I use this maybe every other night and it helps continue to cleanse my skin and help with blackheads. It’s think as long as I moisturize well this will be a really helpful product to clean my pores and reduce pore size around t zone. It’s not super drying but also not super gentle either.

Great Exfoliating Toner

Stings a bit upon application (most likely due to alcohol content) but I find this product to be fairly non-irritating. It doesn't make my skin burn or carry a lingering sensation. I see that it's refined my skin a bit, improving skin texture and maybe some discoloration. I love that Skinceuticals changed the packaging from that awful press-down cap. It's a traditional toner twist on/off cap, with a single hole to dispense the product.
