I love this product and have used it for about three years and never had a problem. I am sorry to say that the one I ordered recently had a faulty pump. I used it for a week and the pump is not working. I am very disappointed. This has not happened before.

I use this twice a day and my skin texture immediately firms and plumps upon use. Of course after a few hours the results start to decrease but one can't expect miracles!

I wear this morning and night. After about 2 weeks I have noticed visible changes in my skin. It is tighter, pores are smaller. LOVE it! Will definitely buy again. Would like to try other Sothys Serums to compare. I use their morning cleanser as well and love how gentle it is.
