Superstrips are dissolvable and should be handled with dry hands. No need to pull or stretch them before applying.
Remove them from the package and press them firmly onto your teeth. Your saliva will start them dissolving process. Fold over any excess around the teeth. Strip dissolves in about 15 minutes. Do not eat or drink while wearing - no need to rinse.
Use one strip for the top and one for the bottom teeth. Wait 30 minutes after usage before drinking and/or eating any food. Keep out of reach of children.

This is the easiest tooth whitening system you'll ever try, but I don't think it did much for me. It could be that my teeth just are the color they are. It comes with a color strip so you can track your progress.
