Step 2: Select your mode. 'Low' is recommended for first-time users or those with gum sensitivity. Point the nozzle between teeth near the gumline, close your mouth, and turn on.
Step 3: Keep the flosser nozzle pointed at the spaces between teeth and along the gumline to dislodge food particles and potential plaque. Then rinse. Do not swallow.
