This is recommended every 4-5 shampoos I believe, so I added it to the Surface line which I use and am happy with. For me, this is almost too moisturizing, when left on the hair as recommended before rinsing out. It makes my hair too slick feeling to curl and hold the curl. I'm leaving it on as more of a quick conditioner (or creme rinse as we called it in the "old days") for my hair in the shower so it will work to smooth out any dryness, but not too much.

I do really like this masque. I was real skeptical at first, number one, I had never used a masque before and number two when I used it the first time I could not hardly get a brush through my hair after I rinsed it out because it said not to use the conditioner if you use the masque. So the second time I used it I did use conditioner after I used it and it was a lot better. This mask seems to really clarify my hair and make it shine. I only use it about every two weeks and that seems to work out fine for me.
