I’m not certain about this. It’s dry and very light in color. I have tried it again and it really was not any better. I will not be purchasing this product again.

I gave this product 2 stars cause it lacks in overall performance. The color does not come out consistently and when it does, where you apply it doesn't match the line you get. I also have to add to it to achieve the look I want.
