I use this AM and PM, and if I am too tired I use this alone to take off makeup (I don't wear a lot) and before the other products from Teoxane. I think it feels soothing, and smells good. Hard to tell how it works alone since I use with with two other layers of Teoxane, which are my favorite products for sure. I can use this on my eyes too, with contacts, no issues.
