As another reviewer noted, this serum is great when accompanying the Trophy Skin microdermabrasion skin care system. The serum goes on smoothly and leaves the skin soft and dewy. There is a slight tingling sensation from a menthol type ingredient. It is not irritating but is noticeable. For those with sensitive skin, I would recommend this serum when your skin is feeling more invincible, on those days where your skin is just unhappy then find a product without any menthol. I have rosacea and several skin care products can cause a flush in my cheeks, this serum did not.
