Hello. Thank you for your inquiry. I can confirm that the consistency on the Verb Glossy Conditioner is on the thicker side. It is formulated to be rich and hydrating, which can make it quite thick. To make it easier to dispense the conditioner from the bottle, consider the following methods: Warm the Bottle: Place the bottle in warm water for a few minutes. This can help loosen the product inside and make it easier to squeeze out. Store Upside Down: Keep the bottle upside down to ensure the product is always near the opening, making it easier to dispense. Transfer to a Jar or bowl: If the pump continues to be problematic, you might find it easier to transfer the conditioner into a wide-mouth jar or tub. This allows you to scoop out the product without the need for squeezing. Use a New Pump: If the current pump isn't dispensing well, consider replacing it with a high-viscosity pump designed for thicker products. These pumps have longer dip tubes that can reach the bottom of the bottle more effectively.
