My first vFit had to be replaced, under warranty; it still deserves five stars, in my opinion, even after having received a defective initial unit, due to the outstanding five star customer service I received from both Lovely Skin and Joylux (vFit). I only wish I had contacted them sooner, when I first began to wonder if my device worked properly! I encourage any one else with a vFit, who has questions, not to hesitate to reach out to customer service. As to the vFit itself, once I had an effective device, I pretty quickly noticed a physical improvement -- and my husband did, as well (after five uses, so less than two weeks). I've not yet completed the entire initial program, and am looking forward to further improvement. However, I must admit that I find the vFit a little awkward to use -- manageable, but not something enjoyable in any way. Also, the heat from the lights can be pretty warm by the end of a session, although bearable. Still, it seems to be doing what it's designed to do, and that's what matters most to me.

Ok, I’ll go first to review this product because it’s pretty special. I’m 55 and have been going to my derm office for a couple of years to get ThermiVa. It helped with some inconsistent issues I started to have with the onset of menopause and I had heard it would help maintain and build new collagen in the vagina. I noticed a great improvement in both areas. Treatments ran $780 every 9 months. I accidentally found this product on this website and thought it was worth a try since it costs about half of one ThermiVa treatment and in the middle of a pandemic, it was the only option. It is frankly more comfortable than the office procedure and the heat level feels the same if not better. It’s a very warm and pleasant feeling. With ThermiVa, they also treat the vulva area so you can do that with this device as well. I have noticed that this device has increased blood flow to the area, helped me regain continence, muscle control and increased sexual pleasure for both my husband and me. I’m very impressed with the packaging and the quality of this unit. It’s not anything at all like some cheap sexual aid. This device is truly special. I purchased the recommend lubricant too because I want to take good care of it. I’m also being treated for breast cancer and I was terrified about taking the aromatise inhibitor which suppresses estrogen production. One of the side effects can be vaginal atrophy, dryness, pain with intercourses... no thanks. I believe that by using this product, I am being proactive in preventing all of that.
