First, be sure to charge your vFit for 12-24 hours before first use. It is recommended that you use a clear, water-based gel to help with insertion of the device. Apply a desired amount of gel (a dime-sized amount is a good starting point). vFit created the Photonic Gel for use with vFit (sold separately). This gel is shown to increase the light's power by 45%.
Next, turn on your vFit by pressing the power button. Choose your light mode and press the light mode button again to get started. Then lie back, relax, and know you're improving your intimate wellness.
Refer to instructions in the packaging to connect your device to the vFit App.
vFit is easy to clean with Joylux’s specifically formulated, silicone safe Photonic Wipes (sold separately). Alternatively, use a soft, nonabrasive cloth warm water and antibacterial soap prior to first use and after each subsequent use. Rinse thoroughly and let air dry.

I have been using the VFit for about a month. I feel like it is helping with my dryness and pain. I have tried various gels, creams and suppositories to help with pain and dryness. They didn't work and were messy. When I first received the VFit, I had an issue with charging it. I contacted the manufacturer JoyLux and they responded quickly with a few things to try. After emailing back and forth throughout the day, they decided to send me a new VFit. They shipped it the next day and it arrived 2 days later. The devise is very easy to use. The first few times it was a bit painful to insert but is getting easier each time. I found using the vibration mode helped with insertion before turning on the red lights. I use it every other day and so far, so good.

I'm only a few weeks into trying the device which is too soon to evaluate whether it was a good investment for my needs which are all about replacing the vaginal estrogen product I currently use with a drug-free alternative. What I can say is that it was well protected during shipping, arrived in a few days as promised, seems sturdy, and operates as expected from the product description. As for other reviews, I agree that the vibration is gentle and I only sense the heat when I touch the device with my hand post treatment. I find nothing unpleasant about it.

I was totally hoping this product would be the solution I needed for my pelvic floor issues. I took a chance and lost over $300 for a pretty useless device. I understand why it is non-returnable, but to throw away $350 bucks (literally) is so frustrating. How do you know if it will help you unless you try, right? But, dang! I feel like they duped an desperate older lady. I was to hopeful with such positive reviews, but no change for this 50 year old.

The vFit Gold and the Joylux Photonic gel are worth every penny! I was unable to have intercourse with my husband as I had terrible vaginal atrophy with excruciating pain. I started having pain, burning and itching on a daily basis. When urine hit that area, it burned like it was on fire. My gynecologist said my insides looked like a skinny, dry cardboard tube. She said it looked like I was 80 years old inside and I was only in my mid 40s. I tried hormone cream and HRT, however I could not deal with the side effects. I decided to try this and I am so happy that I did. I started on the beginners program, 6 minutes every other day. It was a little painful the first few times while inserting the device. But once you’re able to get it all the way inserted, there is no pain. So I went up to the highest level, 12 minutes every other day. After using it twice, I was no longer having pain, burning or inching on a daily basis. After 2 to 3 weeks, I was able to have intercourse again. I no longer have ANY pain with intercourse and I am able to have an orgasm again. I am now on the maintenance program where I use it for 12 minutes once a week. There are no side effects at all. My husband has a flexible spending card through his job and I submitted my receipts hoping to get reimbursed for this and the gel, however it was denied and they stated I would need to submit a letter of medical necessity or a prescription from my provider. I then decided to submit it to the flexible spending card I have through my job and it was immediately approved. They reimbursed me for both the device and gel. Now there was a spot for me to add comments when I submitted my claim to my flexible spending card. And I did state in there that I have vaginal atrophy and had tried HRT as well as a hormone cream and I could not continue on with that due to the side effects. I do not know if my comments had anything to do with it being approved or not, but if you do submit it to your flexible spending account, you may want to include comments or some kind of a letter stating why you need this device. I do recommend the phototonic gel as well. A little goes a very long way. I also saw my gynecologist recently who did my exam and exclaimed that I no longer have the insides of an 80 year old, and that she could barely tell that I had any vaginal atrophy issues at all. You will not be disappointed with this purchase I promise.

A few years ago, my OB/GYN told me I looked like I was 85 inside due to “non use.” I shrugged it off as my husband’s medical condition wasn’t going to change and I decided to “live with it”. Then I got sick with Sepses and they traced it back a UTI I never felt because of the pain I was having internally due to excessive dryness. I tried an estrogen cream which was way too messy then I tried the estring which my body did not react well to and I had to remove it. I was left at looking at very expensive laser treatments to address the dryness until I found this device. I did a lot of research on it and decided to try it. Yes, it is not cheap but when your looking a laser treatments that costs thousands, it was worth the cost. And WOW, what a change it’s made in a short amount of time and having these treatments in the privacy of my home is also important to me. I have never had the desire to try anything close to a vibrator but this unit is not a “sex toy” it really is a wellness treatment and I am so thankful for the OB/GYN’s that created this unit.
