While this cleanser did not irritate my skin, it did not cleanse it either. Most of my makeup base remained after washing with this. I switched back to La Roche-Posay Purifying Foaming Cleanser, which got rid of the make-up much better. I would not recommend this product for make-up removal.

I've tried them all! Vichy Pureté Thermale 3-in-1 One Step Cleanser is the best. It leaves my skin clean and moisturized. Because I'm a heavy makeup gal, the key for me is to first remove eye makeup, then swipe off foundation with a baby wipe, then gently finger wash nearly dry face and neck with quarter-sized dollop of vichy. Rinse off with cool water.

This is a good quality non-irritating Cream cleanser. I still need to use a scrub or toner for t zone or blackhead areas but great when skin is super dried out. I have combo skin. Does not irritate eyes at all!! Vichy Cleaners are great - I own the pure thermal Gel, and it is one of the best gel cleansers I have ever used.

It removes my mascara and liner without pulling on my skin and is a great cleanser for the rest of your face. No burning of the eyes or blurred vision after using to remove eye makeup as so many others do. Might not work as well on waterproof mascara but who really needs that for everyday use.
