Dip a eyebrow brush into powder. Using short brush strokes, begin at highest point of brow's natural arch and move along to outer tip. Next, lightly fill in inner half of brow using same technique. Use a brow/lash comb to brush brows, soften powder, and blend it into brows to increase volume. Then, dip finger into pomade, dab on brows, and gently comb brows through.
