Shampoo For Thinning Hair: Work a quarter-sized amount of shampoo into a lather between palms. Apply to wet hair and massage into scalp, starting at the nape of your neck, and work the lather through the ends. Rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner For Thinning Hair: Work a quarter-sized amount of conditioner between palms, apply to wet hair, from mid-shaft to ends; leave in for one to three minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
Minoxidil 5% Foam For Women: Apply half a capful once nightly directly to the scalp in the hair loss area. Massage into scalp with fingers, then wash hands.

I have been using shampoo, conditioner and Minoxidyl for over a month. My hair is softer and looks healthier. Information leaflet states you will lose more hair initially but don't be afraid. (It was scary at first). But the scalp is being stimulated, nourished and old hairs are being removed. I can't wait to see my new growth in the next 3-6 months.
