I Must Have Gotten a Bad Batch

I love Virtue products. I have quite a few and they’re making my hair healthier. I have a love/hate relationship with the recovery shampoo. I love the way it lathers and cleans my hair without having to use a ton of product, but I hate the smell. I think I must’ve gotten a bad batch because it smells almost like puke, like a gnarly sour smell. I love all things coconut and thought I’d enjoy the scent, but this ain’t it. Luckily, the conditioner smells perfectly fine.

What a great shampoo. Makes my hair feel healthy. A no nonsense shampoo that not only cleans my hair but actual brings health and life back into it. I was really pleasantly surprised by this product, the scent and wash feel great. The scent is a nice coconut smell as well as floral, and the shampoo lathers well and washes up with a great feel. And the top of my head was fluffy after washing, which I love as fine hair. I would recommend not using a hair mask for fine hair, which may give better volume.
