My derm recommended Derma-v when I scheduled a laser treatment. It is a wonderful, albeit expensive, product that I used for months before the laser procedure and will continue to use long after. Before trying Derma-V I was a dedicated drug store skin product consumer (hello cerave). In 9 months I have used 2.5 bottles because I apply is sparingly.
