Through a whirlwind of a year, our teams at LovelySkin and Schlessinger MD have stayed true to our mission of delivering the very best customer service and care to our customers and patients. In this video, Drs. Joel and Daniel Schlessinger discuss a busy year, culminating in September with the opening of a new 75,000-square-foot facility for LovelySkin and Dr. Daniel Schlessinger joining the team as a practicing dermatologist, cosmetic surgeon and Mohs surgeon at Schlessinger MD, as well as Medical Director at LovelySkin.

LovelySkin added many new brand offerings to our customers this year, including Color Wow, ALASTIN Skincare, Cyspera for hyperpigmentation, Laura Mercier, Freaks of Nature sunscreens, Embryolisse, RescueMD and many more.

The LovelySkin team implemented many site advancements for our customers in 2024, including the ability to sign up to get text notifications of order delivery, an easy one-click version of Apple Pay and Google Pay, the ability to add products to their cart more easily, a better product recommendation engine, and a better estimated delivery date, which narrows order delivery down to a single day in most cases.
