How to Contour with NuFACE Trinity

Hi guys, welcome back! I'm Kristen and I'm and aesthetician here at LovelySkin. On today's tutorial, we're going to be talking about the NuFACE Trinity device. This is going to be the fitness aspect of your daily skin care routine. So, one of the main benefits that we're going to get out of the NuFACE Trinity device is going to enhance the contouring to your skin. So, this is going to allow us to get those sculpted super model cheekbones and defined jawlines that we're all craving to have.

First, you're going to start with your cheeks so you want to cleanse your face with any cleanser that you have at home or your favorite one that you love to use.

And then you want to grab your NuFACE Gel Primer. You're not going to get the full benefit of this product just because the microcurrents that this device offers is not going to penetrate through all of your skin layers without this gel. And then you'll take this device and you'll make it glide along from your chin all the way back to your hair line. And you want to keep gliding it until you reach about right here, underneath your cheekbone,

Another tip that I have that I love to do when I use this device is to sculpt it. You want to go underneath your cheekbone and kind of contour it out - works fabulously.

And then the next step to it is to do the hold, so this is going to beep at you every five seconds, and that's how long your hold should be or how long your glide should be. But you just want to take this, you want to actually lift up your cheek, hold it on there for five seconds. Once it beeps, move over, hold for five seconds, and then once it beeps again keep continuing. And the wonderful thing about this NuFACE device, this only takes five minutes. Everyone has five minutes to spare, so it's something we can add into our daily skincare routine that's going to be very easy to do.
