I use this to treat mild to moderate adult acne. It is gentle and has not dried out or irritated my skin. I only use it once per day and not every single day. So far, it does not work so well as a direct pimple spot treatment. It is good for preventing pimples and treating small patches of "micro-zits" and clogged pores. You can apply moisturizer on top if needed. When I wash my face after using this treatment overnight, my skin fees soft and smooth. I think that the acids in this product exfoliate the skin.

I use it on my face as mask for 30 minutes to keep brake outs under control or like a spot treatment. Due to right PH level this product works. I like it! … more
