Been using this for about 5 years now. Stylist who introduced me to the product line advised that shampoo and conditioner must be used together. Her words: "the shampoo removes everything and the conditioner puts the good stuff back." I am near 60, with fine, stick-straight hair and I shampoo every 2-3 days. I have been using this shampoo at the recommendation of my stylist and love the results. My hair is actually white (I was a blonde but during Pandemic let it go and love the color now), but it keeps the white shining with no yellow tones at all. Even with the purple shampoo I was getting yellowing. This product made all the difference! I'm delighted to find the updated formula on LovelySkin and will definitely continue to purchase it here.

I've been using this for about a month, washing every other day, and I have not noticed any additional hair loss and it does not make my hair feel dry and filmy like other non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners do. The serum seems to be working, and it smells good, kind of like pumpkin spice. No irritation either, and I have sensitive skin that reacts to many fragrances. I think I see more baby hairs sprouting too!
