Been using this for about 5 years now. Stylist who introduced me to the product line advised that shampoo and conditioner must be used together. Her words: "the shampoo removes everything and the conditioner puts the good stuff back." I am near 60, with fine, stick-straight hair and I shampoo every 2-3 days. I’ve used Color Proof volume spray for over a year now and love it. I stopped trying all other brands, this is it! It does not make the hair dry and it does not leave a residue. I spray two quick pumps into the roots around all section and then hold the bottle back about 6 in from my head and spray the surface down to the tip. It adds unbelievable volume with a blow dry!
