This toner is very fresh, light and awesome at getting leftover makeup off that my cleanser leaves behind. I’m always surprised how much gunk is on my cotton pad after using this toner. The smell is wonderful too which is a huge bonus.

This product was gentle with no offending odor, but after using my morning and evening cleansers, it did not pick any makeup that remained. So maybe I don't need a toner that costs more than I need. … more
