I wet my brush and apply it using the foiling method - it seems to not be as messy that way, the color's deeper and lasts longer. I also use it sparingly under my eyes as highlighter. I bought it on sale and the free shipping was nice, as always. My only complaint is that they told me when I asked that it had the lock and go sifter and when it came in it didn't. It would've been very good if it had. I would've given it five stars if it had the sifter because it is definitely a five star product!
