Place the angled edge of the tapered brush at the temple (the angle of the brush should follow the face shape).
Sweep down the top cheek bone, onto the cheek and back upward above the brow creating a crescent shape ("C" backwards "C" on each side) For a glowing blush, blend onto the cheeks.

I usually love this line but this was a bit disappointing. I was looking for a cool toned blush but this is almost invisible on my cool olive skin. There is very little luminescence so not great as a highlighter either.
