Use every morning after cleansing and toning. Use finger tips to warm a very small amount of balm. Begin at the inner corner of each eye. Gently tap a thin film onto skin around the eyes.

I would not recommend using it under concealer unless you let it absorb in for quite sometime. I use it early in the morning as I go about my routine and after using it for many years, definitely has helped prevent more severe wrinkling, absolutely a great product and I highly recommend it. After showering, and ready for make-up I use the StriVectin concealer and other products for the remainder of the day. They all work together quite nicely.
