Not a cream, but excellent
I use this balm on my eyelids, which can get flaky. It’s almost like a lip balm, and rather heavy, but it’s perfect for me. I have a friend who uses it only in the winter when the skin around her eyes gets very red.

Good Eye Balm
This is a heavier eye balm. Good for winter, great protection... is not a cream. It is a heavier consistency and does not soak in quickly. It is great for winter cold, and very dry skin conditions. Would use it again in cold weather!
