Dry your BEAR then clean and dry your face carefully so there is no remaining residue. (Any oil on your face will deflect the microcurrent, making it ineffective.) Massage SERUM SERUM SERUM over all the areas you wish to treat until fully absorbed.
Press the button to activate BEAR's microcurrent. The lights beneath the button indicate the microcurrent intensity. To change the intensity, quick-press the button once for each level. Turn off T-Sonic™ action by double-pressing the button. Access a wider range of microcurrent intensities via the app.
Lightly press both metallic spheres to your face then gently glide them across your face and neck. Both microcurrent spheres should touch your skin at all times. Glide BEAR slowly in an upward motion with light pressure for best results.
Once you finish your treatment, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off the device. Apply any other skincare products of your choice, if desired.

I got this microcurrent device because I've started to see some sagging skin around my jowls and stubborn lines sticking around my forehead and mouth area. I have to admit I have been pleasantly surprised! I've been using Bear for about 3 weeks pretty consistently and I have been seeing a difference especially with my skin firmness. My jowls don't bother me as much as they used to and I feel like my skin just looks...nicer. I like to use it in the morning as a pick-me-up (literally) and I feel like my skin looks taut which makes my makeup sit nicer on my skin. It might just be my imagination but I really like what I see when I look in the mirror so it's a win for me.

I used this religiously for over a week, am/pm. I put it on the highest pro level (10). Nothing. No lift no nothing. I felt zingers on my forehead so I know it is not a defective product. Also, I HATE the fact you can only operate this with your phone. Which means, if you don't have your phone with you, you can't use the product. In a place with poor connectivity, you won't be able to connect your phone.
